Architectural Asphalt Shingles
Also called Laminated or Dimensional Shingles, they’re made by attaching two Asphalt Shingles together to form a pattern.
Depending on the style and color you choose, they can even look like a wood or slate roof.
Since they’re constructed of 2 layers instead of 1, they’re much thicker and sturdier to provide better protection against the outside elements.
That’s why they last longer than 3-tab shingles, typically 30 to 50 years (depending on the type).
